McMurray wins at Indianapolis: #1-Jamie McMurray won the Brickyard 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for his 2nd win of the season and 5th of his career. He joins Jimmie Johnson and Dale Jarrett as the only drivers to win the Daytona 500 and Brickyard 400 in the same year. #29-Harvick finished second, followed by: #16-Biffle, #33-Bowyer, #14-Steart, #31-Burton, #99-Edwards, #18-Busch, #20-Logano, and #2-Busch. Polesitter #42-Montoya domainated much of the race, leading the most laps, but lost the lead during a late pitstop, then hit the wall with 15 to go and finished 32nd. There were 14 lead changes among 10 drivers and 6 cautions for 25 yellow flag laps. The attendence was reported at 140,000, down from 180,000 last year.
